Over the years DANSATAK has rapidly grown from its humble beginnings, into one of the largest entertainment agency's of its kind in the UK!
We sell our shows World Wide, boast some of the top tribute shows in the country, and have compiled a comprehensive roster of virtually every sort of act that you can imagine or require! Our sound pricing structure also means that you get the best for your money. All of this is backed up by our fully automated office & booking system, manned currently by our team of seven; a courteous, efficient service that is the envy of our competitors; and not forgetting our affiliation to: The Agents Association of Great Britain with it's code of ethics & conduct and also BEDA. In fact one of the partners of Dansatak currently sits on the council of The Agents Association of Great Britain.
Brief History
The DANSATAK AGENCY was formed in 1982 by brother & sister team Michelle Peters & Scott Peters. Both of their backgrounds hail from being professional television dancers & performers, having appeared throughout the world and on virtually every television channel in the UK.
Based in Nottingham, England the agency originally began by supplying dance groups (hence the name) for various clients in the UK, before moving further afield to the Middle & Far East. With the level of professionalism & reliability that they provided, it was not long before DANSATAK was being asked to offer more than just dance groups! The rest is history!

Dear Mike I am writing to express my appreciation and thanks for the Tribute Act A Night Of Dirty Dancing, which I booked for the British Airways Christmas Party on 6th December 2007. The event was a great success with nearly 400 people attending. The music, food and arrangements for the night were extremely good, but the highlight of the night was definitely the Tribute Act. They were highly professional, excellent entertainers and made a significant contribution to the night's enjoyment and success. As I had not seen the act before, I was (understandably) quite nervous and wondered if they would be able to live up to their name. But after seeing them on the night, I was left with no doubts whatsoever. Many of our staff at British Airways, as well as the management at the Venue have commented on how wonderful they were. Hello Sarah , I just wanted to let you know how fantastic the performers were who we booked through you for my party on saturday. Bernie Pedley was an accomplished master of his trade and such a pleasant person. Please thank him for me and tell him how many compliments I have received about him from my friends . The Blues Brothers were every thing I hoped they would be. Absolutely wonderful ! Even people that I know to be a little shy were up and dancing. The disco was also spot on. Dear Tony, I am writing to thank you, Steve Hession and members of X-Elle for helping to make my wife's 60th birthday party, which took place on a Mersey Ferry, such a success. Although having to perform in a somewhat restricted space and despite the boat rolling around quite a bit at various times during the evening the band was superb. Tony I must congratulate you on your choice of entertainment offered to me for my clients party on Saturday 1st September'07. U2s were fantastic and the crowd appreciated their music, some of them being avid U2 fans. Mike Solo as Elvis was great and his performance led to some of the ladies wanting their photograph taken with him after the show. A good voice! I hope we can do more business in the future. Firstly many thanks for your help in changing the dates and contracts for the 26th, it is very much appreciated. In addition, the casino was an excellent ice breaker and worked like a dream.... Finally, X-ELLE Party Band, absolutely fantastic, we are lost for words with regards their performance. Non-stop music, which, maintained a full dance floor throughout the evening and into the night. The manager, whose name I did not catch, but he plays the keyboard, extremely friendly and happy to oblige with the timetable, especially as it changed slightly...delays as ever!! Well played to him for fitting in around the schedule. All the guests were astounded at the professionalism and expertise of the X-Elle guys, it was a truly memorable performance and ensured that our day will be remembered for years to come by all who attended. Personally, we are so pleased to have chosen such a superb group and we will have no hesitation, whatsoever, in both recommending the group through Dansatak and equally booking them again when we have a need. We had the Bootleg Blues Brothers & backing group for our sons 21st party in Stoke last Friday, they were absolutely fantastic! We wondered why not many people got up to dance, but after a week of comments passed back to us saying how fantastic the Bootleg Blues Brothers were, everybody seemed to say the same thing, they were all fascinated by the group and more than happy to sit and watch them. Hi Scott, Mr & Mrs Colin Bell here! (nee Sharon King) as of 8/10/05. We just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how extremely happy we were with Jigabit. They did a fantastic job and so many people came up to us and said how brilliant and perfect the band was. Please thank them for us as we all had such a great time. I actually went to change my dress, which I SWORE I wasn't going to do, just so I could dance all night, because I was treading on it so much, but alas, once I had gone downstairs, I just could not get back upstairs until near the end to my chagrin. Apologies to Jigabit too, for the way we commandeered the microphone at the end and all started bawling english civil war songs down it (amongst others!). I would also like to mention how marvellous you were at finding and booking us such a professional and fun band at only one week's notice. That was truly outstanding.
